For the month of December we will NOT be running a Tuesday and Thursday 7:30pm class, instead we will be holding a regular class at 6:30pm (it will not be a beginner class). There will be NO beginner classes in December. The 7:30pm class and the 6:30pm beginner class will return in January.
A. Every 2:00 x 5
Front Squat @ 90-95%
B. In as few sets as possible, complete 100 wallballs
Rest 1:00 between each attempted set
Record the amount of reps in each set
