Partner A starts on the rower. Once Partner A finishes the row they begin the wallballs and Partner B starts on the rower. When Partner B finishes the row, Partner C jumps on the rower while Partner B advances to the wallballs and Partner A finishes up the toes2bar. Partner A must then wait for Partner C to finish the 1000m before beginning their 750m row…and so on until Partner C finishes the final set of Toes2bar and the time is recorded. Teammates may not proceed to the next station until their teammate in front of them has finished the station.
