Teams of 3 complete a 20 min AMRAP of the following triplet:
10 HSPUs (switch every 5)
20 T2B (switch every 10)
30 KB Swings (switch every 15)
Athlete 1 and 2 start on triplet, one person working at a time while Athlete 3 starts on a rower and completes 500/450m Row before switching with a teammate. One person must always be rowing, score is rounds + reps of triplet.
