Paleo Re-Test!! Today we get to re-evaluate our fitness after a month of clean eating! Reminds me of a song, “She know if you were Paleo, she knows if you were not…” All teasing aside, even if you didn’t stay 100% paleo, if you came to class and hit it hard you should see some progress today!
