WOD:

Option 1:

A. 5 Sets

In 1:00 minute perform 3 TNG Power Snatches then AMRAP Double-Unders

rest 2:00 between sets

B. Work up to a heavy set of

1 Front Squat w/ a 2-3 second pause at the bottom + 1 Front Squat

rest as needed between sets

Option 2:

20 min AMRAP

10 DB Thrusters

15 Sit-ups

20 Double-Unders/60 Singles
