This is done just as the song goes: 1 P.C, then 2 HSPUs, 1 P.C., then 3 Front Squats, 2 HSPUs, 1 P.C., then 4 Push Jerks, 3 Front Squats, 2 HSPUs and a Power Clean in a Pear tree…and so on until you get to 12 Thrusters and work back down.
