THE PALEO CHALLENGE OFFICIALLY ENDS TUESDAY NIGHT!!!
You can wake up Wednesday and have pancakes!! OR, you can ride this wave of awesomeness and continue a paleo diet and be amazed at what could happen after another 30 day stretch! IMAGINE?!! Seriously though, wake up and have mint chocolate chip ice cream for breakfast, you deserve it! But then consider continuing even a modified version of the Paleo diet. We have witnessed the results in our WODs, we have felt the surge of energy in our bodies, and we’ve measured the change in inches. Do you need any more proof?! I am beyond proud of all of you for sticking with this! We may only claim one winner but in my mind you all are “WINNING”. Remember, if you haven’t gotten your challenge goal then tomorrow is your last shot! GET IT!
