We encourage you to try two classes free before signing up. CrossFit really needs to be seen and experienced firsthand to be understood. Most CrossFit gyms offer an “on-ramp program” or “fundamentals class” that work great for larger facilities with more members. Because CFMV is a newer, smaller box we do not utilize an on-ramp system. Our classes are structured so that there’s ample time to teach and review all movements in the WOD as if our athletes had never performed the exercise.
