Following college she worked as Office Manager at Canine Protection International, a leader in providing family and executive protection K-9′s. After a move to Houston, TX to work as Operations Manager at S.E.A.L. Security Solutions she met Nicole, owner of CrossFit 1525, whose friendship and early guidance led to certification as a CrossFit level 1 certified trainer.
After a move back East Keidy joined CrossFit Providence as both athlete and coach. During this time she also worked with Fitness Together Lincoln, RI as a personal trainer. Her progress at CFP led her to 35th place in the 2011 Northeast CrossFit Sectionals. Following this, she competed as a member of the CrossFit Providence competition team who placed 9th at the 2011 regionals.
Keidy particularly enjoys the competitive aspects of CrossFit, but has discovered that her real love is coaching. Since her first week with Nicole in Houston Keidy has wanted to own and operate her own box and has returned to her home town to do so.

Favorite Workout: “Nate” Favorite Movement: Deadlifts and Power Cleans Background: Jason discovered Crossfit after a background of high school and collegiate football. After graduating from the United States Air Force Academy in 2004, he served as an intelligence officer at various Air Force Special Operations Command units. He completed his first WOD in Aug 2007 and has not looked back since. While stationed in Tacoma, WA, he fined tuned his Crossfit skills under the tutelage of Kurtis and Laurie Bowler (Rainier Crossfit). With their coaching and support Jason took first place at the 2009 Northwest Regional and qualified for the Crossfit Games where he eventually took 53rd. Over the next 3 years, he focused his attention on coaching his fellow unit members during Crossfit workouts. After almost 8 years on active duty, Jason separated from the Air Force in Feb 2012 and moved to Martha’s Vineyard with his wife Darcy (Hodgson) and son Tristan with another child due in March 2012. He is currently employed as a substitute teacher while working on his MS in secondary education and has recently joined the Massachusetts Air National Guard. Jason firmly believes the best part of Crossfit is the community. He is looking forwards to being part of the Crossfit Martha’s Vineyard family and helping everyone work towards their fitness goals. “Today I will do what other won’t, so tomorrow I can accomplish what others can’t” – Jerry Rice |

Keidy is a phenomenal athlete but an even better coach. Her love of CrossFit and of helping people achieve great things makes her a fantastic example to all who want to get into the best shape of their lives while having a blast doing it! Whatever level you consider yourself to be (beginner, intermediate or fire breather), you will be doing yourself a favor letting Keidy guide you toward the best you can possibly be.
