Shuffle a deck of cards and start the timer. Each numbered card is face value, aces are 20, and face cards are 10.
Hearts – Burpees
Diamonds – Pushups
Spades – Leg Throws
Clubs – Squat
Jokers – 200 Meter Run
Active Rest - Choose your poison:
Choice between hollow Rocks, walking planks, OR help a “working” teammate complete their reps (ex. Sally has 10 burpees left, you can offer to take 5 of her reps)
SCORED AS A TEAM: Time ends when every person in class has completed all the reps.
